Screen reader access

The first control on every page is “Skip to main content”. Press Enter to move past the menu into the page.

The menu is built from headings and lists. Form fields on the new pages have labels. Links that open in a new window announce that to the screen reader.

NVDA on Windows, VoiceOver on Mac and iPhone, and TalkBack on Android can be used with this site. Some older PDF files are not fully tagged.
